Screenpoint Medical, a Nijmegen-based breast AI company, has raised €11.9 million in funding from existing investors, including Insight Partners and Siemens Healthineers, along with €1.7 million in research grants. The funding will support product innovation and international expansion, enhancing early breast cancer detection through its AI software, Transpara, which has processed over 12 million mammograms. The technology aims to improve detection accuracy and reduce radiologists' workload, validated by major clinical research.
