Patmos Hosting Inc. has secured a $100 million C-PACE loan from Pace Loan Group to develop the former Kansas City Star building into a multi-use AI campus. This project aims to address the growing energy demands of data centers by providing 35 megawatts of power for high-density GPU and AI infrastructure. The funding will support energy-efficient upgrades and is the largest C-PACE project in Missouri. Patmos has already attracted two publicly traded tenants and aims to create a technology hub in Kansas City.
